Queensland Recycling currently have an opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join our operations team in Archerfield, QLD.
In your new role with us, you will:
- Will be responsible for the manufacture of recycled concrete, rock and asphalt-based products consistent with scheduled requirements, cost and safety standards and quality specifications.
- Work with the Site Supervisor to implement management activities in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Overseeing and scheduling of site maintenance.
- Recommend improvements, recommends on policies designed to improve the effective use of manufacturing facilities, including optimisation of productivity, raw feed and elimination of waste.
This role is a great fit if you have:
- A MR Heavy Vehicle licence and LE & LL Excavator & Loader certificate of competency.
- Experience in a supervisory role for 5 years minimum, with a background in crushing or quarrying or general earthworks highly desirable.
- Have coached and developed your team with a focus on production enhancement and improvement.
- Are results focused, self-motivated and have a total commitment to risk management and Zero Harm.
- Have a passion for delivering remarkable customer service and great results.
