The Role
An exciting opportunity is available for a Real Estate Professional to join our RealWay Team.
Sitting within a portfolio environment, to keep great client relationships, this role allows each team member to work to their strengths and perform at their absolute best. The ideal candidate is someone who has a genuine love of helping people on their rental journey. The role will suit someone with experience who is looking for manageable workload in a stress-free environment. Still portfolio based - but with specific roles - you can complete your workload without the traditional juggle of a wide variety of tasks. Suited to an experienced Property Manager looking for a fast paced but manageable work load. Equally this could be for someone looking to take a step up out of a support role and into the Property Manager Space. The key here is an amazing attitude, great team culture and a genuine want to help the tenants along the journey.

The Property Management team has outstanding office support including a leasing team, full in-house admin team (no VA’s), BDM Support and a dedicated PM reception.
A typical day will include the following:
- A role which is primarily office based – No Routines or Entry and Exits
- Managing and nurturing your client and trade based relationships
- Management of property maintenance and repairs
- Arrears management
- Liaising with tenants
- Benefit from the support of a Field Service Agent, Leasing Agent, and BDM
Requirements
- Hold a current Queensland Salespersons Registration or be on track to complete the course.
- At least 1 years’ experience in the industry or something similar;
- A current valid QLD Driver’s License;
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills;
- Ability and willingness to adapt to the fast-paced environment; and
- A genuine love of Property Management and people;
