We are looking for a Property Manager to join our expanding team who look over 1500 managements & growing!
You will ultimately be responsible for the success of the portfolio averaging 170-180 managements at a time and responsible for the following:
- Focusing on maintaining the landlord and tenant relationship and providing a neutral and meditated outcome to any issues
- Managing communications with landlords and tenants - good and bad calls!
- Undertake ingoing, routine and outgoing inspections - some support given here by the leasing team
- Coordinate approvals for repairs and maintenance
- Ensure a minimal arrears balance
- Undertake rent reviews and lease renewals
- Attend Tribunal when needed
Specific requirements
- 2 years of property management experience (minimum)
- Be a positive and proactive team member, keen to contribute
- Professional presentation and strong communication skills
- Have a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
