You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 150 properties from end to end. Whether you are handling inspections, liaising with tenants and landlords, or overseeing maintenance requests, you will be the go-to person for all things property management. They are open to candidates with 6-12 months of experience, or Assistant Property Managers ready to take the next step in their career.
To be eligible for this role, you should possess:
- Valid Agents Representative Certificate for Senior Property Managers
- Familiarity with Property Me, Inspection Express, and IRE preferred
- Ability to work autonomously while also thriving in a team environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to our fun and energetic office culture
- Competitive salary up to $80,000 plus super, based on experience
- Street parking at the office
- Tools and phone provided for inspections
- Work-from-home flexibility after proving capability
- Casual Fridays with early finish at 3pm - 3:30pm
- Supportive team environment with plenty of room for growth
