Located in Historic Port Adelaide, we offer modern offices working within a close knit team. Due to growth, we are looking to add to our Property Management department.
We are looking for someone who is ready to hit the ground running, has an eye for detail and is willing to learn and develop their skills within the industry.
This position will be part time with a view to increasing to full time. Initially the focus will be on carrying out inspections and reporting back to owners.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Daily tasks include, but not limited to:
- Liaising with owners, tenants and trades.
- Routine, Ingoing and Outgoing Inspections.
- Arranging maintenance
Qualifications & experience
- Property Managers Licence essential
- Must have current drivers licence and car
- Experience with Property Tree an advantage
- Experience with Inspection Manager an advantage
