This powerhouse team are looking for a new team member to join the property management department to manage a tidy portfolio of 175 residential properties. This Monday to Friday role will see you manage 175 residential properties with support from an experienced leasing consultant that can also look after your overflow of ingoing and routine inspections. The position also has a full-time accountant that manages all accounting tasks and a BDM so you can focus 100% on your portfolio and client relationships.
- Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections
- Rent reviews and lease renewals
- Arrears management
- Approval of application forms with the Landlord
- Oversee maintenance requests
- Project manage any minor renovations
- Bond and insurance claims
- NCAT preparation and attendance
The right candidate will have:
- 2 – 5 years experience managing a portfolio
- Certificate of registration or real estate licence
- A valid NSW drivers’ licence and a reliable car
- Sound knowledge of the residential tenancies act
- A process driven and organised approach to your work
- A confident communicator and relationship focused
- Experience with PropertyMe desirable
- Passion for real estate and providing a 5 star service experience
