About the Role
This role is available for an experienced Property Manager/property management assistant to manage a well kept portfolio in the City of Playford. As their new property management employee, you will take on a portfolio of around 130 properties; all within close proximity of each other. You will have assistance with your lease renewals, trust accounting and water invoicing.

About the Role
This role is available for an experienced Property Manager/property management assistant to manage a well kept portfolio in the City of Playford. As their new property management employee, you will take on a portfolio of around 130 properties; all within close proximity of each other. You will have assistance with your lease renewals, trust accounting and water invoicing.
Duties
Your key responsibilities on a day to day basis are:
- Manage relationships with landlords and tenants
- Updating owners/tenants on maintenance status and making recommendations where required
- Advertising properties for rent, taking photos, writing ads
- Maintain and minimise rental arrears
- Manage lease negotiations and rent reviews
- Conducting entry, exit and routine inspections
- No lease renewals, no trust accounting, including water invoicing
To welcome you on board as the newest member of the this team, you will need to demonstrate you have:
- SA Property Management Registration & current driver's licence
- Excellent communication & negotiation skills
- Customers who love you and a relentless determination to give them a great experience
- Strong attention to detail & organisational skills
- Love of change, innovation and a 'forward thinking’ growth mindset
- Ability to drive oneself to take initiative and action to pursue goals and be able to work autonomously
