Property Manager

At Inner Brisbane Realty in Spring Hill we are seeking a Property Manager in a support role on a casual basis.

If you are looking for flexibility with your working week because of other obligations, then this is the job for you. Hours per week can vary, but 32 hours would be typical.

You will be working for a successful employee-friendly office as a Property Manager to assist in the running of a well-managed and up to date portfolio.

We have a medium-sized rent roll with the primary tasks for this role being maintenance but also including other tasks such as lease renewals, arrears management, invoicing, inspections, administration duties and liaising with tenants/landlords as required.

We are highly innovative; we use all cloud-based software including Console Cloud and Inspect Real Estate, and you’ll be able to use a company car and iPhone during work hours. Just about all properties are within a 5km radius to our office.

Skills & Experience

It is essential that you have the proper registrations (or licence) with the Qld Office of Fair Trading. We are looking for a person who is motivated, well presented, personable team-player ready to start now. You will need a full driver’s licence and we will provide you with a car park next to our office if required.
