Senior Property Manager | Team Leader

This established, market leading real estate group is looking for a new leader. As the Senior Property Manager, you will take on a hands on role, managing an established team within a pod based system.Working within a group of 3, you will mentor an assistant Property Manager and another Property Manager, delegating tasks whilst managing day to day issues, legislative requirements and landlord liaison.Joining a business with a strong focus on service and office camaraderie, you will be an experienced Property Manager with adaptable communication and customer service skills.This is a great opportunity to join a stable and dedicated team. • At least 2 years property management experience

• Strong and adaptable communication skills

• Excellent troubleshooting and negotiation skills

• High level IT systems knowledge - Experienced with Cloud based programs, ideally PropertyMe & IRE

• Experienced with quality control (you will manage the departments onboarding process)

• Management and motivation skills - Respectful demeanor - Lead by example

• Excellent time management skills
