Your duties will include:Delivering exceptional customer service;Communicating with owners and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;Managing rental arrears;Negotiating lease renewals;Open homes as required;Routine inspections;Outgoing inspections;Maintenance requests;Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;Issuing breach notices as required; andNegotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions. To succeed in this role you'll have: Previous property and/or client management experience is advantageous;A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate Of Registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);Exceptional customer service skills;Excellent communication skills;High levels of professionalism;Previous client relationship or account management experience;The ability to manage and prioritise your time;Intermediate computer and digital literacy on a range of PM software platforms; andA valid drivers licence.
