About the Role: As a Civil Project Manager, you will be at the forefront of our civil Construction Projects. You will drive and coordinate the effective delivery of projects, ensuring timely completion within budget while driving innovation, managing resources, and ensuring exceptional quality and safety standards. This role will provide you with a unique opportunity to gain valuable project management experience while working closely with our existing team of civil engineers, Project Managers, and occupational hygienist.
As Project Manager, you will:
• Manage end-to-end aspects of projects from initial setup to completion
• Complete projects on time, focusing on quality and budget whilst ensuring and promoting a safe workplace
• Be responsible for the financial, scheduling and safety performance of each project
• Prepare accurate project estimates and budgets, ensuring cost control and tracking.
• Manage project priorities, resource allocation, and sharing, in collaboration with the Construction Manager and other Project Managers.
• Maintain tight cost control on projects by reviewing and approving timesheets and supplier invoices.
• Submit project claims and provide regular updates on program progress.
• Develop and maintain detailed construction management plans, stakeholder engagement plans, Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS), and other project documentation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and create a safe working environment for the team.

• Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders through effective communication.
About You:
As the Project Manager you will have:
• Minimum 5 years' experience as a Civil Engineer.
• Strong negotiation skills and familiarity with specifications for civil Construction Projects.
• High degree of quality management and a commitment to safety leadership.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, showing initiative and flexibility.
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills.
• Drive for continuous improvement and a positive approach to change.
