Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of residential properties, including leasing, maintenance, and tenant relations.
Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize property performance, maximise rental income, and enhance property values.
Cultivate positive relationships with tenants, landlords, vendors, and other stakeholders through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
Conduct property inspections, assess maintenance needs, and coordinate repairs as needed.
Administer lease agreements, rental applications, and other documentation in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.
Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and regulatory changes affecting property management.
Qualifications:
Hold a current Certificate of Registration
Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field.
Strong knowledge of property management principles, practices, and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
