About the Role:

Key responsibilities include:

- Managing a meticulously maintained portfolio of local properties

- Cultivating strong relationships with both tenants and landlords

- Conducting thorough entry and exit inspections and preparing comprehensive reports

- Effectively handling rental arrears

- Coordinating repair and maintenance tasks

- Overseeing lease renewals and conducting rent reviews

- Demonstrating flexibility in contributing to the growth of our business

Skills and Experience Required:

- A minimum of 2 years of property management experience is preffered

- Trust account experience is a bonus. PropertyMe experience an asset.

- Exceptional communication skills, a strong customer service focus, and a knack for building rapport

- Comfort in liaising with tenants and trades in a timely manner

- Meticulous attention to detail

- An ability to multitask and excel in a fast-paced environment

- A valid driver's license and your own vehicle

- QLD Real Estate Certificate / Real Estate License

- A positive attitude and impeccable personal presentation

- A team player with ambition and drive
