The Position:
- Day to day management of a portfolio up to 190 properties
- Support from leasing, admin and accounts
- Repairs and Maintenance
- Ingoing and Outgoing inspections
- Communicate with tenants and landlords
- Lease renewals, increases & notices
- Manage arrears; prepare & attend tribunal hearings
Essential:
- Current Real Estate Licence
- Strong attention to detail
- Previous property management experience of 5+ years (may consider less experience for an Assistant PM role)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain an excellent customer focus
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
- Must be deadline driven with the ability to work under pressure
- Finely tuned negotiation skills
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a 'can do' attitude
