Their office comprises of a team of dedicated professionals who work collaboratively to ensure the smooth operation of their property management department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a neat and tidy portfolio alongside Senior Property Manager
- Liaise with landlords and tenants to address any issues or concerns
- Oversee arrears management and ensure timely rent collection
- Prepare and send reports to stakeholders as required
- General property management administrative tasks, with leasing, accounts and marketing support
- Utilise Property Tree and other relevant software
- Conduct routines, ingoings and outgoings
- Monday to Friday role 8:30am-5:30pm
- Minimum 2 years of experience in residential property management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- NSW Certificate or License
