Key Responsibilities:
Manage a portfolio of properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently.
Build and maintain positive relationships with property owners and tenants.
Conduct property inspections, coordinate maintenance, and handle tenant inquiries.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of professionalism.
Requirements:
Previous experience in property management.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with property management software.
Valid driver’s license.
