• Be responsible for providing quantity surveying and cost management services on some of Sydney and Australia’s largest and most iconic vertical and horizontal infrastructure projects across both infrastructure and building projects.
• Assist with the development of cost planning and estimating (design phase), measurement of quantities based on design drawings, cash flow forecasting, construction phase cost management, capital cost advice and life-cycle costing.
• Collaborate with AECOM’s Quantity Surveyors and multi-disciplinary engineers both locally and nationally on a wide range of projects depending on your experience.
• Use your extensive experience to provide high-quality technical advice to clients and assist in the professional development of junior members within the team by providing them with mentoring.

• Exposure as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally in a consulting environment, with knowledge of Australian standards within Infrastructure, Health and/or Community industry sectors.
• A strong sense of commitment, a willingness to learn and a desire to work in a dynamic deadline-driven team environment.
• Relevant tertiary education (ideally BSc in Quantity Surveying) alongside RPEQ, AIQS, RICS or recognised equivalent.
• Proven and demonstrated skills in managing project costs and budgets ideally in a client-facing role (not essential).
• Working knowledge of the full MS Suite alongside medium to high level knowledge of CostX.
