Property Manager

Ray White Foster & Sandy Point are currently looking for a vibrant and enthusiastic Property Manager to join our team.

Previous property management experience is desired, however, we are more interested in individuals who have the right attitude. 
 

Your duties will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service;
• Communicating with landlords and tenants, including meeting onsite if required;
• Managing rental arrears;
• Negotiating lease renewals;
• Open homes as required;
• Routine inspections;
• Outgoing inspections;
• Maintenance requests;
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
• Issuing breach notices as required; and
• VCAT attendances if necessary
• Negotiating and understanding the long term consequences of daily PM decisions.

  To succeed in this role you'll have: 

• Previous property and/or client management experience preferred;
• A current Real Estate Licence or Certificate Of Registration (or be willing to obtain one ASAP);
• Exceptional customer service skills;
• Excellent communication skills;
• High levels of professionalism;
• The ability to manage and prioritise your time;
• A valid drivers licence.
