We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Property Manager to take on the management of a diverse but very manageable portfolio of residential properties.
Using your excellent customer service skills, you will conduct rent inspections and lease renewals, attend to maintenance issues and liaise with tenants and landlords whilst working closely with the property management team.
We pride ourselves on delivering quality customer service and we offer smaller portfolio sizes for each Property Manager to take care of to ensure that this high level of service to our clients is maintained.

We are looking for a team member who is bubbly and ambitious, enthusiastic and outgoing, who is able to hand high-pressure situations and who has an understanding and commitment to adhering to the industry requirements.
We offer a salary and a generous commission structure, mobile phone & car allowance and ongoing team and management support.
To be successful in this role you will possess:

- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Strong administration, organisation and computer skills
- The ability to work in a close team environment

- Current National Police Check
- Agents Representative Certificate
- Driver’s license
- Reliable & Presentable vehicle
Previous Property Management experience is preferred.
