Job description
We are seeking a candidate who can provide a high-quality, person-centered approach and provide tenancy and property management services in a state government department on the Gold Coast. You will offer a wide array of services and guidance related to applications, tenancy, and property management to members of the public and other stakeholders.
Key Duties:
Serve as the initial point of contact, addressing inquiries and delivering customer support
Conduct housing assessments and manage the maintenance of properties
Manage tenant arrangements, adhering to departmental legislation
Monitor and manage outstanding arrears, rent assessments, and refunds
Maintain accurate customer and property records
Key skills/experience required:
Previous Property Management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Resilience and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
Previous experience as a customer service consultant handling challenging enquiries
Ability to work independently
Excellent verbal and written communication
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Class C Driver's License
This is an AO3 position, paying $46.27 per hour plus super. This is an ongoing temporary position, with an immediate start. The position has a standard 38 hour working week and is based in Robina.
