Our client is looking for an eager, driven and motivated Property Manager to start working in a well-established and professional team of 20+ staff with one of the most well-respected names in the business.
The Role:
- Managing a new and growing portfolio of initially 30 – 40 properties (mostly local to the office)
- Assisting with the rest of the department with administrative and reception duties whilst the portfolio is developing
- Working Monday – Friday 9am – 5:30pm with NO SATURDAYS!
- Salary up to $75,000 + super depending on experience
The Candidate:
- Prior experience in a reception or administrative real estate role is highly desirable
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Experience with PropertyMe, InspectionExpress & Inspect Real Estate is highly desirable but not required
- Current Victorian Agents Representative Certificate ESSENTIAL
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Positive ‘can-do’ attitude
