Property Manager Assistant

Our focus on excellence in all areas has led to the rapid growth of our business and we are searching for a new full-time Assistant Property Manager. Offering great prospects and a modern work environment at our Southport office, the successful candidate will be rewarded with long-term ongoing professional growth.

The position, but not limited to:
- Liaise with landlords and tenants
- Respond to all phone and email inquiries
- Assist with, inspections, routines, entries, exits, arrears, and maintenance
- Process tenancy applications, and preparation of lease agreements
- Assisting Property Managers with tasks

Applicant qualities we are looking for:
- 1 year + experience in a similar role
- A Current Real Estate Certificate
- Driver's license and own a reliable car
- High-level communication skills both verbal & written
- Strong belief in our company values and culture  
- Fluent Mandarin will be an advantage 
- Salary negotiable with experience
