About the Role

We're looking for a Property Manager Assistant to join our fun, supportive team to assist in looking after a well-maintained and growing portfolio. 

• Full-time role Monday to Friday
• Assisting the Property Management team with day to day administration
• Conducting viewings for new tenancies
• Processing and screening tenancy applications
• Lease and document preparation
• Well-articulated processes, procedures, and checklists
• Company car for work related travel

The Ideal candidate

• Experience is desired but not essential
• Holds a current Registration and is up to date with CPD points
• Skills to self-motivate and provide creative solutions
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges and technology
• Work well autonomously as well as positively contribute to maintaining a good team culture
• Exceptional communication and organisational skills
• Immaculate and professional personal presentation
• Hold a valid driver's license
