Working in a small but dynamic team, the individual will be expected to demonstrate commitment, loyalty and an ability to work as an enthusiastic team member in accordance with the organisation’s office routines and procedures, keeping in mind the overall business objectives. You will also be required to work independently.
Salary is above award rates and will be commensurate with your experience.
Role RequirementsTo be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following:
- At least 1 years' experience as a Property Manager or 2 years as a Leasing Consultant pr Property Manager Assistant
- Possession of a current Real Estate Licence or Certificate of Registration
- A current driver’s licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A proven ability to build strong client relationship
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and Trust Accounting Software, PropertyMe experience highly desirable
