We are looking for a Property Manager due to expansion to start working in a fantastic established office with 37 staff, using latest property management software
With admin and leasing support, you will be well-poised to succeed in this opportunity.
Monday to Friday limited weekends 1 in 6 Saturdays
Parking Provided!
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage your own portfolio of ~150 properties with the opportunity to grow the portfolio and earn new business commissions
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner, tenant enquiries etc
- Deal with compliance, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, portfolio management day to day duties
- Process applications, leasing etc, if required (leasing consultant support provided)
Career progression is available into team leader roles for those who have the skills and attitude!
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary $70,000 - $80,000 + Super + Comms + Parking

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Solid understanding of property management with portfolio management experience
- Mandarin speaking advantageous but not essential
- Have completed relevant industry training, agents rep certificate etc.
- Good communication skills and admin skills
