About the Position: 

Auspro’s marketing team is undergoing a period of growth and change, with opportunity for a sales focused senior marketer to lead our Victoria team. The Marketing Manager will play an integral role in developing strategies to grow the sales and digital marketing side of our business. 

Key Accountabilities: 

• Planning, developing, implementing and executing appropriate marketing activities and collateral for Auspro to positively support the strategic objectives of the organisation.
• Analysing data from different channels to develop marketing strategies, plans and ideas for marketing campaigns. 
• Manage the execution of digital campaign content across CRM, Content, Social, Website
• Responsible for designing, creating, and delivering marketing policies, objectives, and programs to support the growth and expansion of company products.
• Advising management on all possible potential marketing opportunities by screening market strategies, product mix, and by evaluating advertising/sales promotion, selling, and distribution channels.
• Be readily available to advise and meet with marketing agents, external vendors and agencies as required.
• Data-driven decision making: Analyse marketing performance metrics and leverage insights to optimise campaigns and maximise ROI.
• Working closely with senior management in setting up marketing targets and budgeting.
• Conducting SWOT analysis before and after the launch of the product for its successes.
• Setting the budget and medium of promotion for new/existing product.

About you:

• Strong leadership qualities, fostering an enjoyable, collaborative and learning environment.
• Well versed in using digital platforms including CRM, eDM builder, content management systems, basic Photoshop ideal.
• Relevant degree level qualification in Marketing and/or Communications.
• 10+ years of experience required in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing Marketing projects for a leading brand, either agency or client-side including managing budgets and timelines will be preferred. 
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong relationship builder, critical thinker and problem solver.
• Excellent interpersonal skills & able to handle conflict and pressure.
• Focus on service excellence and exceeding customer expectations.
• Strong communication skills. 
• Positive, adaptable, with a can-do attitude
