Property Manager (commercial & residential)

Woods & Co have partnered with one of Australia’s property firms 

Due to expansion they are seeking a Property Manager to join their expanding team to service their expanding portfolio.

What do you do?

• Managing ongoing leasing of the building including conducting rent reviews, lease renewals and managing areas
• Work closely with the concierge and property management team members
• Conducting routine inspections, private inspections, and open for inspections
• Preparation and attendance
• Preparing marketing campaigns and material for properties
• Enhance tenant satisfaction through driving excellent customer service and proactive communication  

Must Haves?

• Polished communication & presentation 
• A current driver’s licence
• Valid Real estate License 
• Real Estate Assistant Agents Certificate
• Commercial Property Management experience
