AddressRole: Property Manager – Residential
Location: St Leonards
Full-time position
The Role
- Leasing properties
- Liaising and buildingrelationships with tenants
- Arrears management and control
- Ingoing and outgoinginspections
- Attending tribunal hearings(if required)
- Managing repairs and maintenance
- Conducting follow up inspections as required
- Select unit showings
- Inspections
- Promotion of Services
- Liaise with tradesfor unit repairs
- Move in / Move out inspection
- Tenancy Application approvals
- Assist in the Management of the GeneralManagers Rental Portfolio
What you will need to succeed
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Licence
- Minimum 3 years experience in Real estate
- A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills across all platforms
- Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail
- The ability to foster relationships with clients
- A proactive attitude, ideally with goal of becoming a Property Manager
- Full-time position including Saturday with RDO
