The Position
You will be responsible for a portfolio of properties around Brisbane covering:
- Full-service property management minus the trust accounting!
- Advertising properties for rent using EagleCRM
- Managing properties using PropertyMe
- Leasing and open homes
- Arranging maintenance and repairs
- Managing arrears
- Lease renewals
- Routine inspections
- Condition reports
You will be supported by the Managing Director and an experienced VA. You will also benefit from the great systems and technology we have in place.

The Ideal Candidate
- Prior property management experience
- QLD Real Estate Registration Certificate
- Drivers' licence and vehicle (allowance provided)
