They provide outstanding top quality service and are seeking a motivated Property Manager who is looking to progress to join their team!
The Role:
We are seeking someone to manage and service a clean, neat, tidy and local portfolio all based in close proximity of the office.
- Management of a clean and tidy portfolio of approx. 110 properties to start
- Maintaining relationships with tenants and landlords
- Conducting repairs and maintenances
- Rental arrears management
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for rental bonds and attend CTTT hearings when required
What will you need to succeed?
- 2+ years in real estate
- A current certificate of Registration, with intent to upgrade to a license
- High level of professionalism
- Commitment to superior customer service
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport building skills
- No weekends
- Plenty of support from a Leasing Consultant and director
- Report to a dedicated Property Management focused Director
- Clean & tidy portfolio – all local in Hills
- Friendly team and low staff turnover!
- up to $90,000 package on offer depending on experience
