We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to coordinate property maintenance services across the College's three campuses in Howard Springs, Palmerston and Leanyer to ensure our facilities are well-serviced, safe and compliant with regulatory requirements.
The Property Manager has overall responsibility for the Property Department, overseeing statutory, preventative, and corrective maintenance, asset management initiatives, capital renewal programs and Work, Health & Safety. This role involves engagement with College staff, external contractors, suppliers and industry professionals to facilitate smooth operations. It is an active, hands-on role that involves leading property staff, managing outsourced contracts, and ensuring the department meets its goals within budget constraints.
