Position Overview:
As a Property Manager & New Business Manager, you will oversee a diverse portfolio of 50 properties. Supported by wonderful business owners, you'll nurture client relationships, convert leads, and prospect New Business through various channels. Your role involves coordinating appraisals and networking to build key stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- 50 Properties within portfolio
- Monday to Friday, Saturday's for open homes
- Wonderful business owners with tonnes of support!
- Nurture new client relationships to secure long-term managements
- Follow up and convert incoming leads from the sales team, existing rent roll and call ins
- Prospect New Business through cold calling, database calls and referrals
- Coordinate and attend appraisals with prospective new clients
- Attend industry and networking events to build relationships with key stakeholders
- Previous real estate experience in Property Management, running a portfolio plus New Business experience
- A current QLD Certificate, Registration or Real Estate License, reliable vehicle
- You will be a natural relationship-builder and a strong, proven closer
- Highly driven with structured work ethic and hunger to achieve
- An exceptional negotiator with excellent customer service and people skills
- Immaculately polished with a confident and mature demeanor
- Monday to Friday, with Saturday open for inspections, RDO through the week!
