We have a rare opportunity for an experienced, dynamic, charismatic, self-driven and proactive individual to join our team! You’ll assist our Toyota customers get into the car they really want with a market leading finance and insurance product.
About the Role
At Grand Motors Toyota, our Finance & InsuranceBusiness Managers collaborate with our sales team, finds solutions, and educates our customers on our in-dealership finance and insurance products to help them purchase and protect their new investment – their Toyota. You’ll get involved early, build a pipeline, and manage your customer contact up to the point where they drive their new car out of our grand showroom.
A Business Manager is a performance based and extremely rewarding specialty role for those who value great customer service, experience, and the thrill of sales.
What will you do when you join us?
- Presentation, introduction and selling of all finance, insurance and roadside assistance products to our customers
- Work closely with our dynamic young sales team to build relationships, negotiate and close finance deals
- Working with customers to establish their needs and presenting finance options to suit their individual requirements
- Maximize results and exceed monthly KPI’s
- Assist the department achieve high finance penetration with the support of other Business Managers.

- You’ll hold a valid manual/auto QLD Drivers licence and have a good driving history
