This is a position available due to growth! Operating out of Sydney’s North Shore, this is an agency who has been servicing the North Shore for over 15 years. This is a hand-picked team that is by far the largest in the local area. Encouraging ‘outside the square’ thinking, this is an opportunity for a Property Manager to join a top performing Director who has a strong desire to bring about a new level of service in the industry.
The Role
You will be involved in the servicing of a high-end, well-managed portfolio of 120 properties with plenty of support. Working Monday – Friday, and every second Saturday, you will be responsible for:
- Handling & addressing rental inquiries via email and phone
- Conducting open homes
- Ingoing, outgoing & routine inspections
- Repairs and maintenance
- Processing applications
- Lease sign ups
- Ad hoc administration duties
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Prior experience in Real Estate is advantageous
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- High level of customer service and excellent rapport-building skills
- Confident & hard working individual with a can-do attitude
