The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has become available to join the team at Molenaar and McNeice working alongside an etsablished property management and sales team in our South office. This is a full time position, (Monday-Friday) that will require an energetic, self motivated and suitably presented professional. You will have strong organisational and decision making skills and will be able to provide a high level of customer service to vendors, purchasers, landlords, tenants and all external stakeholders. You will be an impressive communicator who works collaboratively across all areas of the business.
You will be the first point of contact at the Front Office and your tasks will include but won't be limited to;
- Ensuring smooth running of the office
- Administration and campaign coordination
- Real Estate legilsation and compliance
- Booking marketing campaigns
- Client engagement and networking
- Manage and respond to enquiries
- Support a busy sales and property managment team

The Candidate
The successful candidate will be a self-motivated, impeccably organised individual that makes a strong impression on key contacts. You will have a genuine passion for the industry and be able to juggle priorities and the changing demands of the job. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and have the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team. You will maintain a high level of integrity and work ethic whilst taking a proactive approach to getting the job done.
Essential Criteria
Proven experience in office managment or a related administrative role
Current Drivers Licence
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent presentation
Professional and energetic attitude to work
Proficiency in Google Suite and other office management software
Attention to detail and a diligent work ethic
Customer service experience
