Currently seeking a Property Manager to slot into their fantastic team, this is an opportunity to work easy hours (9am – 5pm), close to home with plenty of systems, structures and procedures implemented.
The Role:
With an impressive portfolio all located on the Northern Beaches, we are looking for a Property Manager to join a team with excellent support and structure. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence. You will be responsible for:
- Managing a portfolio of 120 properties
- Effectively liaise with landlords and tenants
- Rental arrears management
- Completion of ingoing and outgoing residential premises condition reports
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Working towards KPI’s
- NO accounts, NO leasing
The Candidate:
- Previous Property Management/Officer experience
- A current Certificate of Registration
- Own car and Drivers license
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Great presentational skills
- Be a motivated self-starter
- Work well in a team environment
