The role
As the Business Development Manager, you’ll manage existing accounts and develop new business with customers that include Councils, Specifiers, Engineers, Builders and Contractors. You’ll be out on the road for most of the week visiting clients to discuss upcoming projects and provide technical advice of the product offerings which provide solutions to their needs, liaise with manufacturing and product teams and project managing the sales cycle. It’s a client facing role that requires you to build strong relationships with your customers and be the face of the brand in the market.
About you
We’re looking for someone who has a genuine passion and experience within the Construction industry, and is committed to learning about the products. If you are passionate, friendly, motivated, and generally a good human – you’ll fit right in with the culture which is most important. Ideally you'll have experience selling Construction materials/similar products previously.
Full product training and support will be given to you during the on-boarding process.
Package & Benefits
- Base Salary 110-120k + Fully Maintained Vehicle and Fuel Card. Plus Super.
