In business for over 50 years,  they continue to be at the forefront of the ever-changing demands of the plumbing sector in providing high quality, efficient and water conscious products. Some of the products they sell to a mixture of resellers and contractors include:

  • Bathroom; Basins, toilets, mixers, showers, grates, tapware heating & vanity units
  • Piping solutions
  • Kitchen; sinks, taps and mixers
  • Laundry; Tapware & Tubs
  • Front of wall solutions
  • Back of wall Plumbing Solutions

OPPORTUNITY
 
As a sales professional, you’ll be selling market leading products and solutions renowned for innovation, quality, and sustainability. When you are selling solutions to customers you can be confident in representing a brand that leads with integrity and has tremendous expertise built from its 50 year plus history. Your role will be to manage and grow sales in your territory in line with the Territory Management Plan & contribute to the overall sales results, looking after Plumbers and Merchant Resellers of Plumbing products.
 
The territory you would be responsible for covering includes coverage of the Newcastle Hunter Region, spending the bulk of your time around Greater Newcastle. The position does have some regional coverage, but you would only expected to travel a few times a month.
 
The role has a business development component, so having existing contacts and relationships within the plumbing industry would be an advantage.
  • Manage and grow a defined portfolio of account customers
  • Follow an proven sales strategy in pursuit of target achievement (revenue and gross margin)
  • Implement a territory plan visiting customer based on ideal fit
  • Present solutions to customers
  • Generation quotations and negotiate supply agreements
  • Regularly maintain and update company CRM

CANDIDATE

To be considered for this role it's essential you have b2b (business to business) sales experience. Ideally your experience has been obtained in the wholesale or distribution plumbing sector, selling to a mixture of merchant resellers and/or directly to trade installers such as plumbers.
