The Role:
We are looking for an experienced Property Manager who wants to take their career to the next level. You will be energetic, hardworking and strive for nothing but excellence!
- Monday to Friday position
- Manage a portfolio of 160 properties
- Liaising with tenants & landlords
- Conduct periodic inspections
- Completing ingoing and outgoing reports
- Managing enquiries
- Organise repairs & maintenance to managed properties
- Signing up New business
- No leasing or weekends!
- Monday – Friday opportunity (No Weekends!)

- 2-3 years previous Property Management experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- A current Certificate of Registration, own car & driver’s licence
- A strong team player and experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act
- Live locally on the Northern Beaches
