About the Opportunity
We are a small business within Australia's highest profile real estate company. With superior standards specialising in property investment management, we pride ourself on our reputation of the highest service standards for our clients.
Due to growth, we are seeking an entry level Property Management Assistant who would like to develop into a Property Manager within 6-12 months to join our close-knit team and assist 2 Property Managers to manage a small portfolio, or we're seeking an experienced Property Manager who can manage their own portfolio from the start!
About You
Strong time management, prioritization and organizational skills
Current Property Management Certificate & License or studying towards its completion
Current drivers license and reliable vehicle
Be tech savvy
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills with strong written and verbal communication skills
A proven ability to build strong client relationships and maintain and provide an elite customer experience
Strong administration skills; organized, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail

Some of your responsibilities include:
Assist with digital marketing, conducting open inspections, screening applications and managing the leasing process
Assist the coordination and facilitation of ingoing, routine, and outgoing reports through to bond completion
Assist in managing the ongoing tenancy including property maintenance, rent reviews, lease renewals and day-to-day operations
Liaising with landlords, tenants and suppliers/tradespeople
Maintaining accurate lease records
Being organised, thorough, systems oriented and having meticulous attention to detail is a must in this role.
