The Role:
- Manage a small, well-maintained portfolio of 180 properties, all conveniently located near the office.
- Liaise with landlords.
- Handle repairs and maintenance.
- Control arrears.
- No routine inspections required – these are managed by the Property Officer.
- Ample support provided.
- Previous experience in property management.
- A current Certificate of Registration, Driver’s License and reliable car.
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Positive attitude.
- Strong team player, willing to offer support as needed.
- Salary up to $100k including super dependent on experience.
