- Application Processing
- Lease renewals
- New Tenant Signup
- Break Lease Management
- Change of shared tenancy Management
- Smoke Alarm Compliance
- Insurance Compliance
- Assistance with Maintenance
- Adhoc PM tasks
As the successful applicant, you will have:
- 1-2 years Property Management experience
- A current real estate registration certificate
- Drivers licence
- Ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- A passion for the industry
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- A high level of computer literacy
- Experience with IRE, Console Cloud and Bricks + Agents would be advantageous
Remuneration - Attractive base salary, travel reimbursement, mobile, plus a bonus scheme.
