As a Property Manager / Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role within our organization, overseeing a select portfolio of approximately 50 properties.

As a Property Manager / Office Administrator at M&N Accommodation, your role encompasses a range of responsibilities:
✅ Effective communication with tenants, clients, and contractors through various channels.✅ Proficient management of lease agreements.
✅ Organization and orchestration of property viewings.
✅ Precise compilation of comprehensive ingoing condition reports for each property.
✅ Diligent handling of all administrative tasks, including data entry, scheduling, and time management.
✅ Cultivation of robust business relationships.
✅ Strategic promotion of properties and rentals online, with a particular focus on social media platforms (personal account required).
