Administration Officer – BlueCare Home Assist Secure
- Employment Term: Permanent Full time/Part Time Opportunity
- Location: Office-based opportunity at Wynnum
- Remuneration: $29.04 + 11% Super + Not for Profit Salary Packaging + Penalties & Allowances
Working alongside a small team of Field Officers and a Care Coordinator you will provide administration support to ensure that the Home Assist Secure program is delivered and activities of the team are accurately recorded and reported.
You will provide the following support to the team:
- Responding to requests for services from both existing and new clients - direct client phone liaison, reviewing MAC portal, assessing client eligibility and more.
- Booking Field Officer schedules and recording trade contractor visits via Ayalacare, Salesforce & Coupa .
- Communication with contractors - for ordered works and billing follow-up.
- Database administration - timely and accurate recording and end month billing processes.
- Assistance with production of quarterly reports.
- Assistance with service promotion - including client newsletters, mailouts, community information sessions, signing up of new participants.
- Other duties as required - e.g. generating purchase requisitions, reconciling procurement card expenses.
What you’ll need:
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and experience in customer service.
- Great time-management skills and an ability to prioritise your workload to meet deadlines.
- Confidence with technology and good understanding of Ayalacare, Salesforce & Coupa and MS Office.
- Qualifications, skills and experience in Administration, Procurement or Business is not essential but highly desirable.
