Form of workThis role is a Senior position working with some of our most valued and sophisticated clients who have invested in solid, landmark assets. To be considered for the role you will have stable tenure in a similar role in the Retail property industry.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the following:
- Exercise functional responsibility for property management business
- Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery process
- Attend to the billing process including payment of invoices and disbursement of funds
- Preparation of reports, annual budgets, and other documents for owners in accordance with the management agreement
- Maintain interface owners, ensuring total contract compliance, and accurate and timely reporting
- Resolve tenant relations issues to ensure their satisfaction
- Perform regular property inspections
- Ensure compliance with Property Management Policies and Procedures, codes and regulations
- Strategic planning on assets with Leasing teams
Additionally:
- Senior level stakeholder management
- Exposure to a diverse and quality portfolio with sophisticated owners.
You will possess exceptional written and numeracy skills, be across all Microsoft Office packages including Excel, Word and Outlook, have experience on management systems such as MRI and Cirrus8 and have a strong grasp of current property markets.
