Property Manager - Richmond Area
Working in a fantastic high end office, with 1-2 days work from home, a friendly, collaborative team of 20 staff and one of the best brands in the industry to work for!
This role is not end to end property management. No leasing, your role is to manage landlords, maintenance, and the "back end" of property management, meaning you can have some true work from home flexibility and organise your day and tasks accordingly.
JOB DUTIES:
- Handle emails and/or enquiries, owner enquiries etc
- Deal with accounts, admin, maintenance requests etc for the portfolio, with admin support
- Lease renewals, finalising condition reports and inspections
- Manage your own portfolio of 160 properties, residential homes/apartments (not end to end)
WHATS ON OFFER:
- 1st Year Salary of $80,000 - $85,000 + Super + Commissions
- Tools of the trade, laptop, phone are provided
- 1-2 days work from home once you are settled in, flexible office

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Agents Rep Certificate or Cert IV in Property
- Property Management Experience
- The desire to grow and progress in a friendly, inclusive team
