Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of assigned properties, including maintenance, tenant relations, and financial management.
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, ensuring all work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify and resolve issues.
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including monitoring expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Negotiate and enforce lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all terms and conditions.
- Market vacant properties to attract potential tenants, conduct showings, and screen prospective tenants.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including lease agreements, maintenance logs, and financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Key requirements:
- A current Victorian Certificate IV in Real Estate Practice and current Drivers License.
- Previous experience in Property Manager positions managing a portfolio of 150 properties.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in property management software.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
