AddressWe are a highly reputable Real Estate office located in Melbourne's North. Due to our expansion we are currently looking for a Full Time Property Manager.
Experience as a Property Manager or Junior Property Manager is preferred, however not essential.
The Property Managers role will include Full Time Administration Support & Routine Inspection Manager, along with an in-house Trust Accountant for accounts support, you will be responsible for managing your own portfolio of approximately 170 properties.
You will be liaising with Tenants and Landlords, attending to maintenance & repairs and ensuring the solid reputation of the agency continues to grow. The successful applicant must have a passion for the industry, attention to detail, time management skills and the drive to provide first class customer service.

To be successful, the candidate must have the following attributes:
- Previous Property Management Experience (Preferred, however not essential)
- Excellent communication (both written/verbal) skills
- Immaculate Presentation
- Valid VIC driver’s licence and reliable car
- Agents Representative Certificate or Estate Agents Licence
