Property Manager / Business Development

• To $85K + Commissions

• Small Manageable Portfolio
• Leading Real Estate business
• Can start Part-time
• 1 Day WFH

Duties:Working across 2 master-planned communities (Thornhill Park & Donnybrook areas), your day to day will include:

• Management of 40 newly built homes
• Landlord, tenant and key stakeholder communication
• Co-ordinating any maintenance
• Arrears follow-up, Rental increases and Lease renewals
• Growth of the portfolio through reactive and proactive Business Development
• Advertising available properties and Leasing duties

Specific requirements:It is estimated that the portfolio will grow to 140 properties in the next 9 months and at that point, another team member will be appointed to relieve you of either New Business / Leasing or Property Management. We will require someone with:

• Previous experience in Property Management (open to an Assistant stepping up)
• Reside in the North or North West of Melbourne (to facilitate an easy commute between sites)
• Be a capable self-starter who can work unsupervised
• A car, drivers license and Real Estate Certificate / License
• Ability to work from the company Head Office (Southbank) once a week
