The Role:
- Working in a POD structure, you are the middle-level Property Manager!
- Portfolio size is 250 residential properties
- Communicating effectively with landlords & tenants
- Resolving all repairs and maintenance issues
- Outgoing inspections
- Carry out regular rent and lease reviews
- Prepare claims for bonds & attend NCAT hearings
- Support from a leasing consultant
- 1 years previous Property Management experience
- A current Certificate of Registration & Driver’s License
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- A strong team player and happy to offer support when needed
- Experience in building and maintaining relationships
- Knowledge of Property Tree, Inspection Manager, and Agentbox is advantageous
- Work for a multi-office network
